Great write up! I'd like to hear more - don't feel bad about dogging downtown or Streeterville, I don't have any emotional connection to the area; it just beats living in a hotel. Tell it like it is! Hyde Park area is cool and I've got friends in Naperville which is also nice. The weather is pretty good I think, but then I'm used to Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota weather. I've heard my Chicago friends describe Minneapolis like it's Greenland, so there IS a difference.
