Look at what it started at. This alone is the reason they'll get sued. Paramount is well known for it's lawsuits against those with Star Trek fan sites, fan fiction, etc. This product is a direct violation and will get jumped on. And within 2 months the $295 'official' communicator will be launched. Watch
