Who would bring it to be?

Ohio's Governor, Bob Taft, is a Republican as is the Secretary of
State. Remember what happened to the last Secretary of State accused
of tampering with votes? She was made a Congresswoman.

If there was tampering or vote "irregularities" it would be either up
to the Secretary of State to investigate or somebody to sue by proving
it; and first they would have to sue to get access to the ballots
and/or equipment.

I agree that the site may be over the top and wishful thinking, but it
may also be correct.
