I'm willing to bet it won't be seen that way in Fallujah though. This, and the civilian who was "put out of his misery" will be exhibit A. I don't know that this is fair though.
As mentioned, the soldier in this video is under a lot of stress and is shot at on a daily basis by people who aren't following the same rules he is....
