but see, as best I can tell, his policy is as follows. People bail him
out of failing businesses and/or raise funds for his campaigns. Once
he is elected he makes regulatory or policy changes that result in
profit for them. This may be the basis for most campaign contrbutions,
but Bush is particularly blatant in this regard.
