Apply and critique the guidelines on Quasi-Experimental Designs by
Cook and Campbell (1968) as how it would apply to the cross-cohort
semi-sequential longitudinal design that was used to support Brant's
(1994) hypothesis on the impact of early enriched learning programs on
cognitive development and future welfare enrollment. Support your
hypothesis using data from the NORC 2000 and Beyond database. Please
note that the model in the LISREL VIII manual on cross-sequential
longitudinal analysis is not permitted in this instance.
