I went to an Internet marketing seminar recently and the guy doing the seminar
said he carries around one of those little pocket digital recorders and just
dictates into it whenever he has an idea. I used to use my iPaq for this
purpose, but it's a clunky way to do it and in this case I have to agree with
the marketing guy and say a dedicated little piece of hardware ($30) is the way
to go. One button to record, simple. Think Usability 101 for recorders. That's
the device to get.

>OK, I have the need to write but not the time. The solution (other than get
>a cute Indian woman to take dictation) is to get a digital recorder and
>speak out my papers and have them transcribed later. Does anyone here have a
>digital recorder or digital music player with recording? Any suggestions?
>The sooner the better on this.
>Thanks
