This has been my experience as well - we've been NetFlixers since shortly
after the service began and have only had to send back a small handful of
disks.

The quality of service depends greatly on your proximity to the mailing
centers - we're only about 30 miles from the closest center and we get
movies in about a day.

The best thing about NetFlix is just the selection - they simply carry
everything. You can get tons of television series and anime that you'd
never see at BlockBuster (even popular stuff - none of the local
Blockbusters or Hollywood videos, for example, carry any of the Babylon 5
discs - I was able to get them all via NetFlix).
