People at the Fatwallet forums say they have noticed a drop off in turnaround time since the price wars started with Wal-Mart and Blockbuster. They seem to feel that Netflix is artificially throttling the number of rentals they can get per month because of the decrease in their monthly fee . . . You're in Montgomery County, right?
