If Diebold was the involved then Bush would be the President of Iraq.  Then 
again, I imagine there is a conflict of some sort being teh President of two 
countries at once.  Damn, why didn't I think of this before.  We should have 
encouraged the use of Diebold machines.  Then we could have pawned the shrub of 
on the Iraqis.
