Sure, the first thing they're gonna do is wipe out the hard drive and re-install from scratch anyway, but just to be on the safe side better I remove those things before sending it out. I think I "saved" everything I needed to, in case the full backup won't work, I still have the data. Will just have to spend a day reinstalling everything.
