IPCop is similar here, I have run it of CF cards a couple of times in small
boxes similar to those available from linitx (http://linitx.com/) and they
can even supply the CF cards preconfigured if required.

Again it is very configurable, support for up to 4 networks (public,
private, dmz, and an aditional "blue zone" for wireless), all the good
stuff.  It has an excellent support group (cf-talk style) in ipcop-user (see
www.ipcop.org).
