I can't find the article that said it was "true" but I've found the article that said it was coming here at ars:

I'm torn about the "premier" service - the enhanced upload is very attractive but I can only VERY rarely saturate my current 3Mps download pipe... it doesn't seem to me that going to 6 will offer all that much.
