Really hard to tell. That's Midtown Manhattan, right next to Rockefeller Center. It's guaranteed to be a multi-story building, with literally hundreds of businesses inside. It could be a mail box, it could be a nice big business occupying one or more floors, it could be a rented space in somebody else's office. It could even be an answering service, phone and secretary included (just a switchboard operation).
