Do you think it's possible that someone who would join a terrorist group as a result of the war, would of eventually joined that group anyway when some other issue was presented as a reason down the road?
I guess what I'm searching for is whether or not regular, peaceful Muslims who otherwise would have never engaged in terrorism, are doing so solely in response to the war and a perceived threat to their existence? > War Helps Recruit Terrorists, Hill Told > Intelligence Officials Talk Of Growing Insurgency > > By Dana Priest and Josh White > Washington Post Staff Writers > Thursday, February 17, 2005; Page A01 > > SNIP > > "Islamic extremists are exploiting the Iraqi conflict to recruit new > anti-U.S. jihadists," CIA Director Porter J.
