had this one for a while in Texas. After living there a while though I
can understand why people drive around the barricades though -- when
the closed the main road into my house in Utopia they had the
barricades up a good two weeks after they were no longer needed. So
drive around them I did, better that than the fifty-mile detour
otherwise required. But if you can see that it's raining and you can
see that the water is four feet deep on the depth marker and you go
into rushing water anyway with a car full of children -- let me tell
you you shouldn't just be fined, you shoud be SHOT.
