In this case the TAPI drivers wouldn't help, I am not trying to dial up,
there isn't even a modem installed.  The problem is that to share the
ethernet connection on my PC the adaptor needs the address 192.168.0.1 and
that address is already in use on another machine.

Any other ideas?
