I agree. The second one is better for me if the business has a serious nature, but the redundancy isn't good and I'd lose the 2nd logo in the "O" and leave the one on the left. I don't what the product is, but if it looks like the logo then leaving the one on the left tells you, "hey, this is what spot pad looks like."
