OK, here is a quandry:

Say you take out a $100K LI policy and make the beneficiary the Cryo place, 
and 20 years from now they bring you back to life.  Assuming that the Life 
Insurance company is still in business, would they be able to sue you for 
the $100K?  I mean, you're no longer dead, so you really wouldn't be 
entitled for the payout....
