Sure - it's actually a pretty common film-school assignment.  If you look 
around you can find hundreds and hundreds of really great ones.  Some are for 
completely original ideas, others spoofs (like "Park Wars" or "Tie-Tanic") and 
others "real looking" stuff like this one.

Atom Films used to have a slew of them but I've not been in a while.  Many are 
of truly suprisingly quality.
