It's 3 shots, do not forget the one in your ass, and 2 behind your ears :) And it is not just the shots. They give you medication for 2 weeks afterwords, the same thing they inject ya with (the shot, as I understand it, is just to get ya to a therapeutic level), and a path you wear behind your ear for 6 days, and 40 Xanax (.5's). They also suggest you go to behavior therapy as well. I have had a few people I know go through it with some astonishing successes.
