What happens if you try it with just the one episode, so that its guarenteed to fit on the disc.
Also when you mentioned wrong format, where is that error message being displayed? within the Nero environment or on the target DVD player. If its on the target, what happens if you play the disc on the current PC with PowerDVD or something like that?
