This reminds me when my previous company went through ISO certification. What a joke. It had the potential, but Kimball really blew it out of proportion. Even the Irish examiners asked why we took it to the extreme.
We hired this dumb-ass that would only create paperwork for everyone. We never really gained anything from the ISO certification except a nice plaque that we could brag about to our customers.
