His basic mode is the personal attack. If you disagree with him rather than disagreeing with the idea, he prefers to attack you personally. Not the most mature approach. It shows all the hallmarks of someone either uneducated or very weak intellectually. Either that or he fits very much as a current version of Dogberry from Much Ado About Nothing, "it be not written down, yet forget not that i am an ass." Act 4, Scene II
