Thanks all...used Jim's idea, as it was the first one here. FYI...I don't NEED to reboot every day, and in fact, the server is being rebooted every two weeks or so, becuase I forget to do it. I just like to make it a habit, as Windows just seems to run better after a reboot. There is a ton of tuning that could probably be done, but it is an old old machine, it is adev machine, and it just isn't high priority.
