Is this the blonde chick?  If so, I've seen her.  I agree.  She always
interrupts her guests and twists their words.  She is too "over the top"
for me; not even the least bit informative.

CNN was probably losing viewers to Fox's sensationalism, so they have to
mimic them to get some viewers back.

Ok, so I'm flipping around channels and land on Headline News. 
There's some raving lady on there berating interviewes and generally
being a popus ass.  I actually had to double check to make sure it
wasn't a Fox show.  WTF?!?!?  Is CNN stooping to Fox levels now?
