So I finally settled on ordering the SST-688, remote control. I was going to order it from BestBuyPlasma.com b/c they have been offering free shipping on the remotes for the 2 weeks I have been looking these things over. I finally go to place my order and....no free shipping I look at the top of the page and yes there is the banner regarding free shipping (if you test for yourself it rotatres so refresh a few times). So I call thier customer service to let them know thier website is not working properly. They continue to tell me it is a typographical error and no they will not give me free shipping. I then explain to them it has been this way for 2 weeks, maybe longer, they still say its a typo I then explain to them that the image right next to free shiping is the EXACT remote I wanted...you can guess it no free shipping.
Now maybe this is the way they do bussiness but from where I come from, i used to work in ecommerce, that is not the way to do bussiness. If something like that happened we'de fix it ASAP and whomever called to let us know would get free shipping. Am I wrong to think they are doing bad bussiness?
