some court (utah?) said it was not a drug, it was a supplement. This
was quite recently and I don't know whether the decision is being
appealed or not. Personally I think that if a person wants to take the
risk they should be able to. We're only talking about a handful of
deaths out of thousands of people who took the stuff, right? I'd
suspect that those people had some sort of undiagnosed heart defect,
and sugest that a big label is remedy enough for that....
