Our Chrysler 300M did the same thing several times. This was back when
my wife drove it as her primary vehicle. She would take off from a red
light and it would stall/die in the middle of the intersection. She
would have to turn the key off, and attempt to start it a few times. It
would finally go, but may act as if the spark plugs are fouled. After
another off/on cycle, it would clear up for a while.

We tracked it down to an issue that occurred after filling the gas.
There was an issue with some oxygen sensor either in the gas tank or the
motor that needed to be reprogrammed.

That's my I love my '86 vette. The old technology just works. Now, we
can't wait to get rid of that damn Chrysler.
