What I want to know is, does this really necessary to provide the equalancy of the backhome degree for TN purpose?
I mean to say is , under the documets from NAFTA, it says "Bachelor Degree" or "2 years of post secondary diploma from Canadian/US institure" AND "3 years relevant experience". So, according to this, the degree doesn't really required to be evaluated, isn't it? Can someone please confirm this to me. Also at the Pearson Intl. Airport, where to go for the TN Visa? do I need to buy the ticket to go in and see the immigration? Any feedback will be highly appriciated.
