OK. I think you would have to carefully define the tasks. For instance your personal assistant would not be able to get make sure you do x y and z, but can, yes, monitor your progress on tasks x y and z and notify you if your are headed for a missed deadline or a budget over-run. Coffee is hard to do over the internet, sure, but if you are essentially looking for a project manager there is no reason this cannot be done remotely. In my opinion.
