This has got to be one of the weakest cases I've ever seen. The only way they were going to get a conviction is if the jury ruled on some other case.
The jury didn't even convict on giving alcohol to a minor! There was tons of room for compromise verdicts here and I thought for sure there'd be some misdemeanor convictions, but nary a one! It was a total, complete, humiliating defeat for the prosecution. In this case the truth is simple: he didn't do it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:160690 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
