Yeah, well, I'm on a static IP and at work...  But the thought crossed my
mind...  you know DSL providers often use the same equipment for all their
customers, and often come out and set it up for you.  I wonder is the ISP
left it like that, of it this spammer guy did?  I'm not one to scan IP
blocks, but if I were, I wonder if I would find many other similar setups on
this IP block?
