Lemme see (may be dupes and several aren't exactly pro-religion... but
that's what you get when you ask and atheist this question):

I still remember "Kyrie" (Mr Mister) fondly.

"Dear God" (XTC) was exactly what I needed at one time.

"Money God" (Big Pig) isn't traditional religious... but kinda. ;^)

"Save His Soul" (Blues Traveler) might fit.

"Ya (Rest in Peace)" (Colin Hay Band) is probably more about death.

"God Shuffled his Feet" (Crash Test Dummies)

"There Goes God" (Crowed House)

"God's Comic" (Elvis Costello)

"On the Road to Kingdom Come" (Harry Chapin)

"Busload of Faith" (Lou Reed)

"God is a Real Estate Developer" and "Holy Spirit" (Michelle Shocked)

"There's a Place in Hell for me and My Friend" (Morrissey)

I've always seen "The Bells are Ringing" (They Might be Giants) as one but
it's not without interpretation.

"Calling All Angels" (Train)

"Enlightenment" (Van Morrison)

"A Prayer for our Time" (Vusi Mahlesela)

Well that's what I got from a run through of my music... probably should
have been working. ;^)
