Hilton Head/Savannah and there are even quite a few web development firms popping up... I just put a deposit on a pre-construction town home in BlufftonVillage (BlufftonBillage.net) my contract in NY is up Sept 15th, I have the option to renew but I think i am going to visit HH 1 more time and then relcoate in sept.
who knows.... I certainly won't miss the winters here in NY...
