Haha, he says that the companies are treating the consumers like
morons then goes on to complain about how developing for a multicore
architecture is doctoral level work. You know what? As far as this
kind of development goes, I AM a moron.

All I need to know is will it look better, how much will it cost, and
when? The first is a given, the second is somewhat moot considering
how much PC gaming cards are going for these days, and the last barely
matters when fun games are still coming out for the current consoles.

It's about playing games. All consumers should be concerned with is
having fun with it. I have no clue why gamers get so caught up in the
tech and business side of it all.
