Jury finds Vioxx maker Merck negligent, awards $229 million in damages. This is great news, and a good decision by the courts!
Does anyone think though, that they should still be allowed to sell Vioxx, with proper labelling that it can cause heart attacks etc. , and let people use the drug at their own risk?
