Hmm, I can't find any preference to control that but it does it automatically for me. If I have open files and I Quite Eclipse, it saves the workspace layout first. When I re-start Eclipse, it restores the workspace, including open files. You might do better asking this on the CFEclipse Users list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]).
