Speaking of cell phones, there is currently some guy standing outside my cubicle talking at the top of his voice on his cell phone walkie -talkie. (He's there because I sit next to the window - one of the few places with a signal.) Um, hello - walk the fuck outside! Or, if you have a legitimate work-related phone need (which it sounds like this is "reduce the number of pooled connections and restart the webserver" - use one of the land lines). Grrrrr.
