It has the slot - I thought it only recharged the fob battery... Of 
course, it makes sense it would start the car as well, but I won't 
really know since the RFID hasn't failed yet.  Aah!  Paradox!  Agreed 
about the SOL bit, though - I think the Toyota dealer said a replacement 
key was $350.  There goes the gas savings... :)

So, have you hacked your Prius yet?  I'm thinking about the iPod 
connector at least, with the touchscreen integration.  The radio antenna 
is too good, and I get interference on all the TuneCast frequencies I 
didn't get in my Civic (where I could put the antenna down).
