Oh, personally? I'd have tried the phone book and the address on the 
driver's license, then given it to the police if that didn't work. 

The prescriptions are a side issue (tho apparently not for her) as the pain 
is much improved and I wasn't taking the stuff any more anyway. I was just 
carrying them down in case -- for a while there I would get a really sharp 
wave of pain and have to sit down. I have no idea what oxycodone is worth 
but I am sure it's well over my co-pay.

No, the key issue here for me is the green card...though I do wonder if she 
threw the money away too ;)
