During the late 80's and early 90's Ice-T got his fans blood boiling rapping about being harassed by cops, dealing drugs to make ends meet, gangs, drive-by shootings etc.. He knew his audience and played to them and made millions in the process. Starting in the late 80's Limbaugh attacked gangster rappers, liberals, etc.. working his far right audience and making millions in the process. Michael Moore is doing the same thing, different audience, different attacks but same objective, work your audience and make millions. All three entertainers have viable points and messages, but reach further and further to the extreme to keep their names in the lime light. How serious do you think Ice-T was? Hell, he plays a cop on TV now. When the gangster rap gig started to flail he moved over to mainstream to pay the bills (or make his millions) same with Ice-Cube and a half dozen others.
