Wow, I just re-read what I wrote and I really came off sounding like an
ass.
Benjamin, I did not mean to imply that you are ignorant. My rantings
were directed at a mindset that looks at a couple of numbers and then
spouts off like they actually know something. I know that you're not
like that. We totally disagree on everything, but I know that you're
not that sort of person. My response really sounded like I was going
off on you and I wasn't. I sincerely apologize!!
As for Gary and Larry, you still need some work, but that's ok. We still
like you!
I think that one day you too will be like that little bee girl in that
blind melon video and find your wacky little place in the world.
Hopefully it won't be in a field with a bunch of bee people in tights.

One reason why I don't comment on Afghanistan, Israel, etc. I will

I have no problem with people criticizing the actions of the
government.
I may disagree with ones assertions, but I don't have a problem with
people commenting on it. When someone makes ignorant (as in
uneducated)
comments on something that they know literally nothing about, then I
don't care for it. His interpretation does not come from direct
experience but through the filtered and veiled eyes of others. His
disdain for our country seethes deeper than just a loathing for the
government but extends to the people themselves. The comments that he
made are evidence of that.
I do not believe that we live in a racist society. You can't look at
a
bunch of numbers and from that derive the problem. That demonstrates
to
me total ignorance.
