Its pretty easy, but you need the right equipment. In a turkish coffee pot (I got mine on ebay for about $7) pour 2 oz of water (I simply fill an espresso cup with water and dump that in.
Add 1 teaspoon sugar (or 1 packet Splenda) and 1 teaspoon of Coffee (turkish ground, extremely fine). The coffee acts as a "plug" on the water. Heat on high until coffee foams, remove from heat and return and let foam once more. Then pour into espresso cup and drink.
