I had McDonalds on the weekend for the first time in about 6 months... and 
immediately afterward my body gave me the middle finger.

I won't be repeating that anytime soon.

I am completely addicted to Extreme Pita though... Almost always go with the 
tuna (lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumber, cheddar cheese and a small bit 
of mayo with tuna).  That, and a diet pepsi.  It's becoming a routine.  Fills 
me up and makes me feel good all afternoon.
