it seems nothing ;) Best guess is that the respiratory infection just had my chest muscles so tired from coughing that they were cramping. A little VIcodin fixed that right up. But given the history when I get shortness of breath plus pain in the ribs it has to be checked out.
thanks for the concern though. I would appear to be very fine. Vicodin also seems to be be very good as a cough suppressant.
