Well, it rambles on quite a bit about the benefits.....but its not much for sacrifices or timetables. In fact, their timetable is broken up into 3 terrificly vague periods: short term, middle term, and long term! Heh, how's that for a timetable? In all honestly though, i think we all see why you can't set a firm date....but I don't see why we couldn't get something like "Iraq should have a fully sustainable and independent defense force by the end of 2006" or something like that. This document isn't as good as I hoped it would be, but it's still better than nothing I guess. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:184988 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
