Well, it rambles on quite a bit about the benefits.....but its not much for 
sacrifices or timetables. In fact, their timetable is broken up into 3 
terrificly vague periods: short term, middle term, and long term!

Heh, how's that for a timetable?

In all honestly though, i think we all see why you can't set a firm 
date....but I don't see why we couldn't get something like "Iraq should have 
a fully sustainable and independent defense force by the end of 2006" or 
something like that.

This document isn't as good as I hoped it would be, but it's still better 
than nothing I guess.
