So if Oklahoma is windy because Kansas blows and Texas suck, I guess 
mathematically that would mean that Nebraska is blows through Kansas and 
Oklahoma.  Does that mean we can extrapolate this to North Dakota is blowing 
all the way to Texas? --- I'll leave our Canadian lady out of this for the 
moment :-)

Speaking of the Dakotas, one I remember from my childhood in Montana, "North 
Dakota U and South Dakota U where playing a game of football (American).  A 
train went by the field and blew its whistle.  The North Dakota team thought 
that was the end of the half and left the field.  Four downs later the South 
Dakota team scored a touch down!"
