Alright, I've sat quietly on the sidelines as long as I can. Matt is it? wtf?
Why would you possibly use Chesty Puller at a moniker? I am hoping for a good answer, prove me wrong, but here is my take on it. #1. Must be some candy ass civilian wanna-be Marine, who never had the balls to actually get his ass kicked in boot camp, but wants to be associated with the Marine Corps and one of the greatest Marines of all time. #2. Could be some ex-Marine living in the past, (like high school football hero who never did anything else, Al Bundy, Hank Hill ...). He'd have probably been shot by his own guys in combat, because he didn't understand the Esprit de corps back then either. Was probably the weakest link in his unit and made his unit better by leaving. However, he wants the world to know "I was a Marine!". The lack of respect for Chesty Pullers good name is indication enough of how clueless he really is. For those of you who don't understand, I can only say it is probably like someone using "Jesus" as their moniker (for the non-religious in the group I can't think of another example, but I hope you get the idea). It reeks of arrogance and lack of respect.
