I don't agree with you here - this is a whole new series, all of the 
villains can come back fresh and truly evil with real motive for being evil 
rather than the old "I fell in a vat of acid, now I'm evil and ugly" 
storyline.  In this movie, the end showed the "Joker" as the next villian in 
this series.
